Important T&Cs update
Please take a moment to review the important updates on our T&Cs.
We've updated our Terms & Conditions to reflect changes related to
- fees we may charge you
- how fuelGenie and fuelGenie+ cards and accounts operate.
What’s changing?
- We’ve introduced a small monthly account charge of £3 + VAT per month where the monthly spend on each account that you hold is less than £500. So for example, if you only spend £50 between 1st October and the 31st October you will see an additional £3 + VAT on your invoice on the 2nd November. If you spend £500 or more you will not be charged.
To help make it easier to understand how much you are spending during the month we have updated our web portal and mobile app to show your accumulative spend in the month. You can download the fuelGenie mobile app here.

It is Your responsibility to check any amendments that are so notified. If You wish to discuss the amended terms and conditions You must do so within seven days of the change being notified. The amended terms will be treated as accepted by You seven days after the date of the relevant notice if You have not contacted Us within this period.
Fees
The fuelGenie business fuel cards are free to use with no transaction, network or service charges.*
* All regular customer communications are paper free (we’re doing our bit!), but if you require a paper invoice an admin charge of £5 will be applied. Admin charges will also be applied for returned Direct Debits – terms and conditions apply.
Approvals
Approval and credit is subject to status. Borrowing more than you can afford may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. Late payments and/or failure to pay may result in additional fees and charges, and referral for debt collection. Terms and Conditions apply.
Credit Agreement
This is a deferred credit agreement that is currently exempt from FCA Consumer Credit Regulation and does not afford consumer protection provided by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). However the services provided by Worldline are regulated by the FCA and consumers may refer these to the FOS.
