We are making some changes to the way in which we manage the credit on fuelGenie.
The change will come into effect on the 1st of June 2017, the good news is you don’t have to do anything!
Explaining the change
Currently, when your monthly statement and invoice is produced, the credit on your account is reset. From the 1st June 2017 we will no longer be resetting your credit limit at this point but introducing a typical credit structure used by charge cards where the balance is updated on receipt of payments. This means a fixed credit limit will be applied to your account, and a statement and invoice will be issued as it is today.
We continuously monitor and review account spend and, subject to status, will automatically increase credit limits. We will keep you informed of any changes to your credit limit.
What does this mean to me?
The change will not affect the way in which you can use your fuelGenie account. You can continue to benefit from a no fees fuel card that gives you great value fuel at our participating supermarkets.
