There are Ten (10) fuelGenie stress balls to be given away during the promotion

How To Participate

  • To enter you must reply to one of the giveaway tweets with a picture of you and your vehicle.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • The promotion opens at 10:30 BST on 26/08/15 and closes at 23:30 BST on 02/09/15.
  • You may submit one entry per Twitter account for the duration of the promotion. Subsequent entries will be disregarded.
  • Please avoid uploading an image which contains your number plate. All images are uploaded at your own risk.

Winner selection

  • Ten (10) winners will be selected by way of a random number generator on 03/09/15. The winners will be notified by direct message on Twitter by 17:30 on 04/09/15. There will be ten (10) winners in total.
  • The winners will be required to send a direct message through Twitter to the fuelGenie Twitter account to claim their prize within 48 hours of notification being sent. If a winner does not claim their prize, fuelGenie reserves the right to withdraw the prize. A new winner will not be selected.
  • The stress balls will be sent by second class post by 11/09/2015 to the delivery addresses provided by the winners.

Restrictions and limitations

  • The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of fuelGenie, its associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the promotion.
  • Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the discretion of fuelGenie
  • No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, entries automatically generated by computer or bulk entries will be accepted.
  • By submitting an entry to the promotion participants agree that fuelGenie has the absolute right to use content within that entry in whole or in part, or distorted in character or form, in conjunction with the participant’s own name for advertising, publicity, trade or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in any media, including, but not limited to the fuelGenie website and social channels.
  • Content which includes an image of any person under the age of 16 may only be uploaded with prior parental or legal guardian consent and entrants give fuelGenie full permission for such content to be used as described in these Terms and Conditions.
  • fuelGenie is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
  • If fuelGenie reasonably believes that any claim is being made unlawfully or illegally they may reject or cancel any claim and you agree that you will have no claim against fuelGenie in respect of any rejection or cancellation. fuelGenie reserves the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.
  • fuelGenie reserves the right at its sole discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
  • The decision of fuelGenie in all matters is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. fuelGenie reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend the promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to the entrant.
  • This promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
